Debco 3 Day Express Service

SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER:

3 Day Express must be noted on your purchase order.
Cut Off Time: Orders must be received by 12:00PM EST Monday-Friday and will be shipped in 3 business days.

(Orders received after 12:00 PM EST Monday to Friday will default to 3 Day Express on the following business day.)

ARTWORK.
- The art requirement is high-resolution vector art that has been created in Adobe Illustrator and saved as an .eps file. PMS color and number must be provided in email/artwork.
- Orders submitted by the distributor with errors in text or image and printed will be billed as per catalogue pricing.
- Exact REPEAT orders must include purchase order or invoice number.

NO PAPER PROOF for 3 Day Express.
- Artwork will be imprinted as submitted. Maximum imprint size and default imprint location will be used.
- All orders requesting a paper proof, preproduction sample, above maximum quantities available on 3 Day Express or any decorating methods not available on 3 Day Express will automatically be changed to next applicable service: Same Day Service, 24 Hour Service, or Standard Delivery.
- PAPER PROOF and preproduction samples assumed to be waived on 3 Day Express.

ONE COLOR IMPRINT.
- All orders will be imprinted with a ONE colour imprint in ONE standard imprint location ONLY.
- Other decorating methods and higher quantities are available for standard delivery.

3 Day Express Service is subject to STOCK availability.
- In the event of a stock out you will be contacted with an alternate stock solution. Once a solution is agreed upon, your order will default to 3 Day Express Service on the next business day.
- Please confirm the exact stock and colour availability prior to order placement to avoid stock-out delays.
- Clearance items do not qualify for any of our rush services.

SHIPPING.
- Orders will automatically ship by UPS unless otherwise indicated on your purchase order.
- UPS is requested please note your order will be ready at 5pm, however, due to courier pick up time constraints we will only be able to ship the following business day. Pickups will be available at 5pm.

CREDIT APPROVAL.
- Orders are subject to credit approval.
- 3 Day Express Service is only available to ‘Net 30 day’ customers currently up to date within terms extended.

SERVICE CHARGE.
- The $40.00(G) 3 Day Express Service charge is applicable to each item on your order.
- If a 3 Day Express order is reversed back to regular service in order to do an email proof, a 3 Day Express charge of $40.00(G) and a proof charge of $20.00(G) will be added for each item on your order.
- If a regular order is switched to a 3 Day Express order, a 3 Day Express charge of $40.00(G) and a proof charge of $20.00(G) will be added for each item on your order (if proof has already been done).

CANCELLATIONS.
- All orders are considered confirmed at the time they are placed.
- Cancellation of a confirmed order must be made in writing.
- Any cancellation after the receipt of an order may be subject to charges for any work-in-progress.
