SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER:

24 Hour Service must be noted on your purchase order.
Cut Off Time: Orders received after 12:00PM EST Monday-Friday will default to 24 Hour Service on the following business day.

ARTWORK.
- The art requirement is high-resolution vector art that has been created in Adobe Illustrator and saved as an .eps file. PMS color and number must be provided in email/artwork.
- Orders submitted by the distributor with errors in text or image and printed will be billed as per catalogue pricing.
- Exact REPEAT orders must include purchase order or invoice number.

NO PAPER PROOF for 24 Hour Service.
- Artwork will be imprinted as submitted. Maximum imprint size and default imprint location will be used.
- All orders requesting a paper proof, preproduction sample, above maximum quantities available on 24 Hour Service or any decorating methods not available on 24 Hour Service will automatically be changed to next applicable service: 3 Day Express or Standard Delivery.
- PAPER PROOF and preproduction samples assumed to be waived on 24 Hour Service.

ONE COLOR IMPRINT.
- All orders will be imprinted with a ONE colour imprint in ONE standard imprint location ONLY.
- Please see the product pages and hover over the Same Day Service icon for the maximum quantities available for 24 Hour Service.
- Other decorating methods and higher quantities are available for standard delivery.
- Tone-on-tone imprints are not available for any of our Rush Services. We require a pre-pro for all tone-on-tone imprint orders.

24 Hour Service Service is subject to STOCK availability.
- In the event of a stock out you will be contacted with an alternate stock solution. Once a solution is agreed upon, your order will default to 24 Hour Service on the next business day.
- Please confirm the exact stock and colour availability prior to order placement to avoid stock-out delays.
- Clearance items do not qualify for any of our rush services.

SHIPPING.
- Order will ship by UPS. No other courier methods will be used.
- Any other shipping method indicated on the purchase order will automatically change to UPS without further notification.
- Orders shipping from Canada to the United States are not available for 24 Hour Service and will automatically be changed to a 3 Day Express Service. We also offer a 48-hour rush service in the USA at a fee. Ask your representative for full details.

CREDIT APPROVAL.
- Orders are subject to credit approval.
- 24 Hour Service is only available to ‘Net 30-day’ customers currently up to date within terms extended.

SERVICE CHARGE.
- The $60.00(G) 24 Hour Service charge is applicable to each item on your order.
- If a 24 Hour Service order is reversed back to regular service in order to do an email proof, a 24 Hour Service charge of $60.00(G) and a proof charge of $20.00(G) will be added for each item on your order.
- If a regular order is switched to a 24 Hour Service order, a 24 Hour Service order charge of $60.00(G) and a proof charge of $20.00(G) will be added for each item on your order (if proof has already been done).

CANCELLATIONS.
- All orders are considered confirmed at the time they are placed.
- Cancellation of a confirmed order must be made in writing.
- Any cancellation after the receipt of an order may be subject to charges for any work-in-progress.
